How To Work With Scared And Fearful Dogs
Now one of the good things about Labradors is that they're usually Incredibly food driven so that's where We're going to start today's session but What you'll find is a dog that's living In this state of fight and flight and Don't be mistaken by the tail wagging You can see every other body language Cue of this dog is fear and that tail Wagging is a submissive response to what I believe will have been this dog being Physically beaten and abused regularly And it's doing everything it can to try And display any kind of lack of Assertiveness to trying to avoid any Kind of beatings that it's received in Its life so I need to do is start the Process of it looking up to me stopping Worrying about everything else that's Going on around it and building up that Relationship and wherever possible we do That through positive means and that's Where I always at least like to start The session
