The country is known for being the homeland of very popular foods, pasta and pizza. Well, an Italian dog breed is gaining immense popularity here in the United States, the Cane Corso.
The cane corso is a muscular, large, mastiff-type dog that’s been around in Italy for hundreds of years. having descended from Roman war dogs, the Cane Corso worked as a farmhand, flock guardian, property guardian, family guardian and hunting dog (particularly of big and dangerous game like wild boar).
